Booking & Cancellation Policy

Payment & Reservation

  • A Visa or Mastercard (with expiration date) is required to confirm your reservation
    (American Express not accepted)

Payment Terms

  • Public Eagle’s Nest Group Tours:
    • Full tour price is charged 72 hours (3 days) before the tour
  • Exclusive History Buff Tours:
    • Full payment may be made on the day of the tour at our office
    • Cash and cards accepted

Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour start time
  • Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are charged in full
  • No refunds after this time
